The Rev’d George David Repath

The Revíd George Repath, Vicar of Bray from April 1985 until June 2007, passed away in February 2016. Born in Kent in 1943, he was ordained Deacon in Lampeter in 1968 and served as curate at St Johnís, Cardiff; he then moved to become curate at Great Stanmore. In 1973 he became vicar of Stratfield Mortimer, which later included the parish of Padworth, where for two of these years he was Rural Dean, the youngest Rural Dean in the Diocese of Oxford.
